Daily Usage: Apply to scalp 2-3 times per week massaging oil into scalp. Best if used at night.
Hot Oil Treatment: place bottle in a cup of hot water, and apply evenly throughout hair and scalp. Cover hair with a warm moist towel for 20-45 minutes, then rinse and style.
